High quality wine is determined primarily by the vineyard of origin; this fact has guided us towards the vinification of grapes coming exclusively from our own vineyards.

Rising the stumps per hectare, inebriating the soil, targeted pruning, grape selection, and agronomic techniques with low environmental impact reduce yields, while favouring optimal maturity indices.
