Oltrepo Pavese

South of the river Po, the Oltrepo Pavese area stretches for about 1100 square kilometres; this strip of land located in the Province of Pavia is nestled between Piedmont and Emilia-Romagna.

An area rich in history, culture and traditions, where castles, ancient villages and vineyards form the backdrop to a unique and fascinating landscape.

Here we create wines with great personality thanks to favourable microclimates and a fertile soil that enhances the peculiar properties of each vineyard.

Tenuta della Fonda is located in the heart of this region.
